Dianetics spreading across Nepal
The Dianetics Foundation in Kathmandu, Nepal
|
In recent years, Dianetics has been introduced to Buddhist monasteries in Nepal, and last year a Dianetics Foundation opened in the city of Katmandu. To bring Dianetics to even more people in Nepal, this year Dianeticists are touring the country, presenting lectures and seminars in many cities, to schools, community groups and religious organizations.
A retired captain of the British Armys famed Ghurka regiment attended one of these seminars. He found Dianetics so effective, he contacted other former Ghurka officers, many of whom now hold leadership positions in their communities and are dedicated to using their time and energies to help their people. The first Dianetics Seminar for former Ghurka officers and their families was held recently, and they have formed the first Ghurka Dianetics group and are spearheading Dianetics groups in many cities of Nepal.
Ceremonial opening of Dianetics Center in Soweto
In South Africa, a Dianeticist is working in the historically oppressed Black townships of Soweto. With the support of local officials, he set up a center for the population of the region where citizens from a wide region come to receive Dianetics counseling. The grand opening of the new Hubbard Dianetics Foundation of Soweto took place with a full traditional ceremony performed by members of the community.
