Dianetics has been released in Urdu, the language of 85 million people. The Urdu version of the book was first presented on the stage of the National Institute of Public Administration to an audience of 250 professors, judges and politicians at a full-day event that included a Dianetics lecture and auditing sessions. The significance of Dianetics to the country was stated by a former Provincial Minister who told newspapers, TV and radio that he believes Dianetics will be a key factor in bringing peace and stability to Pakistan.

Dianetics seminars become part of the Summer Program in the University of Louisiana
|
At the invitation of the University of Louisiana, the local Dianetics Foundation presented a Dianetics seminar as part of that institutions Continuing Education program. University students, staff and faculty and members of the community participated, and 100 percent of those attending wrote in a post-seminar questionnaire that they would recommend the course to others. The Dianetics Foundation has now been invited to present Dianetics seminars as part of the Universitys summer program.
Neighboring Southern University invited the Foundation to hold a Dianetics exhibition on their campus. In attendance were members of the local community, the University community and government officials, including the Governor of Louisiana. The Governor said he had started reading Dianetics.
